Site Equipment
The following is an overview of some of the equipment we use at Listers Geotechnical Consultants.
Window Sampling / Dynamic Probing
The Window Sampling / Dynamic Probing rig is usually carried in a 'Box Van' type vehicle. It has removable 'panniers' either side for equipment transport. It should be noted that this machine requires a reasonably large turning circle.
Cable Percussion / Shell and Auger Rig
The Cable Percussion / Shell and Auger Rig folds flat in transit, making a trailer approximately 9m long.
The rig is towed by a "Land Rover" type vehicle.
It should also be noted that once working the towing vehicle needs to stay close to the rig because it carries all the tools that are required on the rig.
